Problem StatementExhaustive scan process for end user which takes up lot of time for new user to learn and adapt to process. The amount of time hospitals spend in training is more due to high attrition rate among technologists.
UX ApproachGlobal research was conducted in leading markets to exactly pin point the pitfalls in current end user journey. Identify the top 5 problematic areas which can be improved to speed up scan process.
Design outcomeA multi-step complex scan process was brought down to simplified and intuitive process automating most of the features yet keeping the trust of performing the scan on patient with ease. The UI was redesigned to reduce number of clicks by 60% and saving overall 30 mins per day for technologist.
